IT'S HERE!!! I convinced my neighbors Mark and Wayne to help me unload everything this morning when Harry pulled up with his 48' trailer. Mark was working from home today and Wayne came home from the office to help. I told them they now had verfiable proof that I am the 'crazy' neighbor in this neighborhood. I had written a note (to school) so my son Nick could come home and help for a short time in case we were short of manpower. The unloading went smooth. Partain Trucking has their operation down to a science. They were cheaper than regular freight to Wisconsin and everything was carefully placed in the trailer. Nick got home after the fact but he was impressed with the scene in the garage but not so impressed when I sent him back to school. Between Van's Aircraft packing job and Partain Trucking I have yet to find a damaged part of any kind. I realize I should have taken pictures of the unloading but I was involved and was more concerned in placing everything so it would not get damaged. Wings are carefully placed on the carpeted floor but I need to get the cradles built immediately to prevent an accident. Lots more to do to the shop and then start the inventory process.
